I hope you will consider taking a chance on my Science Fiction novel HOLLOW. This will appeal to the fans of Black Moon Rising by Callie Hart and Jennifer L. Armentrout’s Obsidian. This is a standalone novel with series potential, complete at 133,000 words.
Zero Alvarado intends to save Earth, but she doesn’t know a damn thing about it. Her paranoid father, Crixus, has kept her under Area 51 nearly her whole life. He sacrificed his family’s happiness in order to make sure she would be ready for an alien invasion, but nothing could have prepared her for what came.
The Zolarian’s, a humanoid race, seek refuge on Earth. Parasitic bugs have infested their home planet, infecting thousands. Those affected have turned into Hollows: fiends that hunger for human and alien flesh. The leader of the Zolarian army, Ronan, is searching for a device that will save his colony, but he finds Zero first.
Before Zero can escape from Ronan, unforeseen events lead to Crixus’ capture. Zero is horrified to learn that the Zolarian’s are harvesting human brains to create a recreational drug that will be sold across the galaxies. Zero refuses to let her father succumb to that fate. But she won’t be satisfied with saving only one person when she could be saving thousands more, too.
Zero finds a reluctant ally in Ronan, who just wants to go back home. Together, they find common ground and wage war across Earth. But if Zero wants to bring her enemies to their knees, she must keep herself from falling for Ronan first.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
